I select a Service from the drop down menu and nothing happens.
- Be sure to click the thumbs up icon to initiate the connection.
- Check for a pop-up blocker. You may need to disable this or allow for the blacksands' site.
- You may have had a connection interruption which caused Blacksands to sever your connections. This is a safety feature as it prevents man-in-the-middle attacks and hung sessions.
- Simply close the window with https://client.blacksandsecurity.com
- Open a new window and go to https://client.blacksandsecurity.com
- Reopen your connections to your Services
- Be sure to leave this window open as it maintains a heartbeat in the background, which, if broken, will sever all of your connections.
